Going to nearby countries is one of the most favourite things that maldivians like to do. Especially to the neighbouring countries, India & Sri Lanka, but this picture was taken on a recent trip to Singapore.

Cars, cars, cars. They’re everywhere. And we are all depending on them. At least most of us is. I took this photo whilst waiting for my bus yesterday.

We have so many drug addicts in our country. and i saw that graffiti on the wall near the custom’s area. i think it would have been painted by hardcore drug users..
cause people realising its a bad thing and stopping it means bad business for the hardcore drug user’s and dealers.. i think that might have been the inspiration on how the graffiti came along.

Umeå were during the middle of 90′s a “Mecka” for Vegans, Straight Edge and hardcore fans. I don’t know if this grafitti is old or new, but I see it everyday when I go to school.Umeå is still a town with lots of different styles, and with a warm tolerance for eachother. I like it here.

2 Lives is an now an ongoing photo project by two amatuer photographers, Linn Arvidsson (Sweden) and Ibrahim Iujaz Hafiz (Republic of Maldives). We will try to show how we live our lives in our respective countries.
